A thumbs down is a respectful way of communicating with your kids when a particular behavior is not in line with your family's values. However some family's would prefer it not to affect their child's goals. With this in mind you are able to disable thumbs down subtraction. You are still able to give a thumbs down, allocate it a reason, attach a note and see it in the reports, however it will not give you the option to subtract from one of the child's goals.
To disable the thumbs down subtraction: In the parents view, go in to the Settings > Disable thumbs down subtraction.
