To avoid kids accessing the app and giving themselves a Thumbs up (or their siblings a Thumbs down πŸ˜‰ ), parents have the option to lock the thumb screens behind a passcode or the device biometrics. Once a passcode is set when the app falls asleep or goes into the background, when accessing the app again you will need to enter your passcode or pass the biometric challenge.

How to setup Access Protection

  1. Open the "Settings" βš™οΈ

  2. Toggle the "Access Protection" πŸ”’ switch.

  3. You will be prompted to set a passcode. This is a 4 digit code. You will need to enter this twice. The screen will automatically dismiss.

To disable Access Protection

  1. Open the "Settings" βš™οΈ

  2. Toggle the "Access Protection" πŸ”’ switch.

To enable FaceID / Biometrics

To enable FaceID, turn on Access Protection as above and then toggle the "Enable FaceID".
