Apple
Open the Settings App
On your Apple device, find and tap on the Settings app. It typically has a gray icon with gears.
Tap on Your Apple ID
At the top of the Settings menu, tap your name (Apple ID), which opens your Apple ID account settings.
Select ‘Subscriptions’
In the Apple ID menu, tap on Subscriptions. This will bring up a list of all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Find Thumsters Plus
Scroll through the list of subscriptions until you find Thumsters Plus. Tap on it to view the subscription details.
Tap on ‘Cancel Subscription’
At the bottom of the subscription details, you'll see an option to Cancel Subscription. Tap this option.
Confirm Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your decision to cancel Thumsters Plus by tapping Confirm.
Note the Expiration Date
Once the subscription is canceled, you will retain access to Thumsters Plus until the end of the current billing cycle. Make a note of the expiration date, which will be displayed in the subscription details.
After following these steps, your Thumsters Plus subscription will be successfully canceled on your Apple device. After your subscription has expired, you'll still have access to our free features.
Android
On your Android device, tap the Google Play Store app to open it.
Tap on Your Profile Icon
In the top-right corner of the Play Store, tap your profile icon (your Google account picture).
Go to 'Payments & Subscriptions'
In the dropdown menu, select Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap on ‘Subscriptions’
Next, tap on Subscriptions to see a list of all your active subscriptions linked to your Google account.
Select Thumsters Plus
Scroll through the list and tap on Thumsters Plus to access the subscription details.
Tap on ‘Cancel Subscription’
Under the Thumsters Plus details, you’ll see the option to Cancel Subscription. Tap it.
Provide a Reason (Optional)
Google Play may ask why you're canceling the subscription. Select a reason from the list or skip this step.
Confirm Cancellation
After selecting your reason (or skipping it), confirm your cancellation by tapping Confirm.
Check the Expiration Date
Once canceled, you’ll retain access to Thumsters Plus until the end of your current billing period. The expiration date will be shown in the subscription details.
After following these steps, your Thumsters Plus subscription will be successfully canceled on your Android device. After your subscription has expired, you'll still have access to our free features.
